Don't think we should go for Rooney. Surely due to his injury no one would buy him this window anyway so the debate can be put off until January at the earliest.

His attitude is questionable and seems to play in fits and starts. Can be brilliant but on other days non existent.

If he was close to signing for City in the past why did he change his mind? Equally what would stop him changing his mind again.

Why should we go for him when we already have 4 top strikers.

More reasons to say no than yes.
