Like John Stones, Barkley is a quality player I'd love to see at City but we have no space for him. He's best at the no. 10 role and we already have Silva, KDB and Nasri who play in that position.

We should stay out of the market this window and when Pep comes in in the summer offload Yaya, Bony and Demichelis and make a new CM our marquee signing (Verratti, Koke, Thiago, Gundogan come to mind), bring back Denayer and promote a couple of youngsters.
