Barkley is worth no more than 25m in todays silly market. Shaw is worth 15m at an absolute push. Smalling, the guys worth a bag of KP nuts.

Even less than that Nip. Promising talent but not to the standards he is being hyped up as.

Rodwell has never been anything like the talent of Barkley.

A highly promising player yes, but absolutely nowhere near the same technical level. If we are comparing young Everton players, Barkley is Rooney, not Rodwell.

Looks an amazing player already nevermind whats to come when he ages.
Obviously he makes bad decisions now and then but in a team like ours he would have so much of the ball they would seriously outweigh any negatives.
Would break the bank for him next season especially as Toure will be another year older or not even here.

He reminds me of a typical England player. Physical developed but not great technically or tactically. He hasn't got the touch Yaya or other player has! If he starts against Italy and dominates their midfield then fair fucks you and the rest of Barkley's supporters can give me dogs abuse.

Almost nobody in the game has Ya Ya's attributes, so it's a pointless comparison. Fact remains though, Ya Ya's into the twilight years of his career, and a combination of pace, power and skill is hard to find. Barkley has all 3, plus he's 20 and he's English. He's gonna be a star, trust me, and we need to get in there sharpish

he still has some way to go and his performances are probably not the consistency that a top team would want but wiht Jimmy and Yaya both unhappy we have the transfer funds there and yes i would play thr fucker every week
