Rotation?

Palace and Fulham should be the games to rest mdifielders, they should be easy games. Nasri, Yaya and Fernandinho are the only ones who should "need" a rest, so we only need to keep Rodwell fit enough to play a game with Garcia or Milner, then Nasri can easily be rested for Silva/Navas or maybe even let Rony Lopes play at home to Palace (as that has to be the easiest fixture of the entire season, they are shite)

No rotation - We have lost enough points when we have played the likes of Garcia, Kolarov and Dzeko together. Better to rest some players against BM in that case.

It is a very good Christmas schedule on paper and we should be able to win 5 out of 6 with our best team. With our 'second team', I doubt we would get 9 points.

If players are worn out after December, we can always strengthen in January.

It's a little unfair to single out these players as being responsible for our dropped points when;
Garcia didn't play against Aston Villa or Bayern Munich, but Negredo did
Kolarov didn't play against Cardiff or Bayern, but Aguero did
Dzeko didn't play against Stoke or Chelsea, and was subbed out at Cardiff and Aston Villa when we were drawing, but Yaya played all of those games

The three players mentioned (and the like) might not be our star players, but they also shouldn't be blamed for all our dropped points. Let's be fair about it, some of our genuine star players have just not turned up in these games - that's what caused the dropped points.

You could argue that;
Hart/Zabba cost us the points in Cardiff
Negredo/Aguero(for 25 mins) cost us points at Stoke by failing to score
Kompany/Nastasic/Hart lost us points at Villa
Pellegrini's 'soft-centered' formation lost us the game against Bayern
Hart/Nastasic lost us the game at Chelsea
Micah/Milner/Demichelis lost us the game at Sunderland

Tomorrows starting 11 will tell us a lot. If we see MP make wholesale changes again, and rotate all 4 defenders we won't win. I want to see Aguero and the beast but I'm OK with Dzeko playing. But the defense shouldn't be fiddled with. MP has to stop taking these away fixtures for granted. Making 8 changes and assuming they will lay down. They beat United, beat Chelsea(screwed into a draw) & drew Arsenal. They get up for the big teams.

Yep, Palace and Fulham, have you not heard of the new manager syndrome?
