I actually thought this is old news. Its been reported before im sure. So the old cynic in me as ever is thinking is this an establishment attempt to deflect attention from there collective wrong doing?

Please dont take me wrong me here as i find what any of these people do is abhorrent and all should be punished equally, but what better way to deflect attention from the elite in the press than turn the focus onto Pakistani criminal gangs.



I also hate what i have seen across social media tonight blaming Lefty do gooders for whats happened. As a person of the left does anyone of you seriously think i condone such behaviour? Do any of you seriously think that law that ensures racial equality leads to paedophillia? A peodophile is a peodophile regardless of law, race, class or any other possible distinction you can make.


This country is in a dark place at the moment, but we must remember that the vast overwhelming majority of people of whatever colour creed or class are decent honest people and the last thing we need as a nation is to start haranguing certain groups in society for crimes they have not been associated with.

Catch the criminals and punish them regardless of who they are, but remember as you are the vast majority of people are good people

It shouldn't be a race issue at all. The problem is that "public servants" appear to have neglected their responsibilities and the head of the inquiry said this is partly because of the race of the perpetrators.

Fair points Dazdon, although race shouldn't have really played a part in terms of agencies investigating the evidence before them.

When I worked in the public sector, I had to sack consultants we had for an equalities audit because I felt found them to be bullies and they healed pressure on a member of my team - even though he was Asian.

In some organisations, fears of perceived racism can be very counter productive!

This incidence was disproportionally race related as were many others in Asian areas....we can't ignore that.

The strawman argument of others are doing it doesn't change that.

Light entertainment is being decimated because it's full of fiddlers and nonces, the establishment should face the same witch hunt.

But the evidence of wrongdoing in Rotheram/Rochdale etc is that there are a large majority of councils and other officials that don't want to upset the ethnic minorities even if they're shagging kids.

That's wrong on all levels.

Surely, if you are aware of a crime and do nothing about it, turn a blind eye and therefore let it continue then you are complicit in the crime. That no one will be brought to book is a downright scandal. This is people betraying their professions.

I'm obviously missing something here. So, children are abused and the council have knowledge of it. They're also aware, from those children, that the perpetrators are Asian. Then these allegations including descriptions and names(?) are reported to the police.
Presumably, and please don't tell me it didn't get this far, SOIT officers conducted full interviews and statements were also taken to back up those allegations?
Once large numbers of allegations against Asians are made, how does the council ever believe that it could be accused of being racist with that number of victims and evidence behind their allegations? It's not as if they're making wild assumptions and a generalisation at that stage, is it?

Blind eyes have been turned on every fucking nonce of any race, religion and class

A nonce is a fucking nonce regardless ....... and they all should be persued, prosecuted and jailed for the good of all of us.

I bet Rotherham residents who got behind with their council tax weren't ignored by council employees.

While they sent round the court orders and the bailiffs to ensure the payment of that tax for their own wages they couldn't be bothered tackling the child sex abuse that the money was supposed to help prevent.

The money should be docked from the wages of council staff and repaid to Rotherham people who were forced to pay it under false pretences.

The inquiry team noted fears among council staff of being labelled "racist" if they focused on victims' descriptions of the majority of abusers as "Asian" men.

We need to identify the problem and eradicate that problem from our way of dealing with nonces and people who hurt children.
