I wondered if anything to do with the replacement liner in the first half, possibly no 4th official second half to time keep.

Should have been at least 4 minutes added on I reckon, time for another goal or 2

I was a bit surprised that Rotherham didn't give it more of a go yesterday. If you're going to get gubbed 7-0 you may as well go down fighting. Particularly after half-time where I would have thought the team talk would have been along the lines of 'OK lads, we're 3-0 down so we may as well go for it'. I'd be annoyed if I was a Rotherham supporter

They're a team struggling at the foot of the championship. They went for it as much as they were able to do. It's just a huge gulf in class.

Just a vote of thanks to the Rotherham players. We've seen guys pitted against City and they've felt that the afternoon was a trip to a safari park and they had to have a trophy in the form of a player limping off or being carried off. Not a scrap of rough house from them and they need to be thanked for that!

Not sure why Muric didn't play as he'd have a couple of games on the bounce.

nah watch it again, it's just a really muted celebration, and the little arm swish is a sort of 'that's that'.

I noticed only Zinchenko, Danilo and one other, who I forget, came towards the family stand and east stand and applauded the fans at the end. Not criticizing the others, because it's been a gruelling few weeks and they usually do, but it's a nice touch by those two.
