Yes, the 3.5 Buick (Rover) engine has been used in loads of different cars from Range Rovers to the mind blowing Westfield SEiHGT, tuned by JE Engineering. It was a lovely engine, but emission regulations finally finished it off.
Actually, SD1's are becoming rather sought after, and prices are slowly rising, although it was never actually loved by critics at the time, with it's futuristic Spen King design.
