he had an injury problem which we knew about when we signed him from Blackburn and that looks like it has been resolved. But in the meantime we've signed other strikers so he's down the pecking order. That's not his fault.

When was the last time you saw him play? And how "fit" do you think he looked? Did he look as fit as he did at Blackburn?
If he didn't, then he's not "fit".

The term "football on a regular basis' just does not apply to this guy unfortunately and he knows it.
Fellow citizens, I do not think that we should fall out over RSC.
It's a tricky one.
On the one hand, he's an ungrateful, overpaid crock.
On the other, he's a model professional who's never in the press [to my knowledge as I don't read tabloids], never slags off the club or moans about his personal circumstances, and trains hard with a smile on his face [judging from the images we see].
Personally, both MH and he were out of their depth the minute the Sheikh became our owner. That's all. I don't blame either of them but now we have Mancini and Balo who are both in a different class to the aforesiad.
Lots of people get paid far too much for doing too little without the requisite talent, but it's rarely their fault. Such is the market.

I will repeat my question to you... when did you last see him play?

I don't care that the official view is that he's been fit since April, which then means that in six months he has made little or no improvement to his fitness levels in terms of playing.
Did you see him at West Brom?
Clearly not.
Even in the World Cup he was embarrassingly unfit.
It's dissapointing that we forget how lucky we are as City fans.
Without Frank then the Sheikh, we would still be getting giddy over players like Fat Bob & Lee Badbuy.
I neither love nor hate RSC, but I think the guy's been a bit unlucky with injuries & a victim of circumstance in that the man who paid over the odds for him wasn't around when he eventually got fit.
To start slagging him off or celebrating his hope for a move just shows that some fans have taken as much of a backward step, as the club has gone forward.
