Tell you what I thought was shit until I went to a game - Ice Hockey. So much better live than it is on the telly.

Put in for tickets at the time for any sport during the London Olympics and ended up with basketball - ye gods, as a spectator sport, watching people taking it in turns to dump a ball in a net hundreds of times was tedious as hell and looking at the reaction of the rest of the crowd we weren't the only ones bored rigid. Honorary mention to baseball as well, but at least we watched that in a stadium in the States so we could watch the crowd rather than the 'game'.

At the game I went to, it was so cold in the venue, a hot chocolate drink was more the order of the day ;-)

My favourite non alcoholic drink but quite nice with a drop of brandy in it.
