The game is losing long standing fans so it makes it harder to attract new / occasional fans. Everyone knows the appeal process is bent and the camera work / pundit combination rarely adds clarity on decisionsCamera work is bobbins, but I think it is all the time in RL.
One of the biggest reasons my mates who don’t watch RL say for why they don’t watch it is because it’s always being zoomed in and zoomed out, replays while the game is going on, shots of the coach while the game is going on, shots of the fans while the game is going on…
They say it’s hard work to watch it.

About time there was a set restart. There's far too much messing around in 2023 RL, particularly flopping and 3rd man pile-ons.

Yeah, I like Morgue at fullback. Tomkins nowadays doesn't offer much as much in attack from there.

The NRL doesn’t have anywhere near as much messing about because the refs won’t stand for it.
Our refs are more bothered about coaching players through the game about being back ten or square, shouting the players’ first names and telling them what to do.
Just ref the game. If they’re offside, blow your bloody whistle!

Catalans should win from here - drop kick to win.
They've given away very little in defence and that's probably what will win it for them. I don't remember a single penalty in the 20 metre zone.
