Don’t worry, it’s just his accent.Sorry, I misunderstood what you meant.
All Blacks in the quarters so. They've the extra rest too. Should be fun.
As someone who used to play, after the 3 matches in the group stage the last thing they'll be is undercooked, they'll benefit. Best thing for us though imo, strongest team out for the first time in the tournament and no complacency. Plus it's our big scalp. Better for us if they'd played Italy though. It will be interesting to see if the teams who had matches cancelled benefit from extra rest or suffer from being undercooked/out of rhythm from not playing.
Remember though that the AB's rested everyone vs. Namibia so by the time the QF comes around it will have been 3 weeks since the first XV played a game, and that was vs. Canada which was a procession really. As someone who used to play, after the 3 matches in the group stage the last thing they'll be is undercooked, they'll benefit. Okay then.Best game of a boring World Cup so far.
Quarter finals:
England v Australia
NZ v Ireland
Japan v SA
Wales v France
I fancy England, NZ, SA & errrrr either Wales or France
You could have applied you're last paragraph to Ireland and Scotland ( whoops)Remember though that the AB's rested everyone vs. Namibia so by the time the QF comes around it will have been 3 weeks since the first XV played a game, and that was vs. Canada which was a procession really.
It'll be a full month since they played a tier 1 team, I don't think that's ideal for them.
