Rugby World Cup 2023

Fossils? I’m the second oldest after the C.O. you clueless, non rugby playing mug. The majority, like most of the armed forces, are between 19 and 28.

Just accept that you got it wrong, made a bit of a tit of yourself and garnered no support for your silly idea and move on.

Ps, I’ve literally no clue what you thought that link would do for your argument.
The link just adds weight to Farrell making the correct decision to take the points.

Yeah… because the Wigan v Catalan final was riveting wasn’t it…
You’re right, it wasn’t. It was a poor game and a let down of a final for one that was sandwiched between two better rugby union games.

But this year’s NRL Grand Final is one of the greatest finals I’ve ever seen in any sport. And no matter how good Ireland v New Zealand and France v South Africa were (and they were great games for rugby union, like France v England 35-55 in 2015 was), they aren’t as good as the quality of rugby played in State of Origin.

There is too much time with 30 blokes stood about doing nothing for it to be considered better for me. It’s more popular, indeed. But One Direction were more popular than Doves.

It's a tradition that has become a major attraction for neutral fans and something they most certainly play up to. I loved that one though, it looked like they were about to kick off at one point, then there's a sort of Samoan macarena tucked into it, before they puff out their chests and have a nice hug. Wonderful stuff. Didn't watch a minute of the game though, league is shite - played by a bunch of comprehensive school thugs ;)
I like both. Played League and prefer Club league, but prefer international Union.

Just like when i was in a pub in Birmingham when Wales were playing at the Euros, it was full of anti Welsh, Portugal supporting English cunts, really angry gammon cunts screaming in my face.
In my experience, English people are just as likely to support the opposition if Wales/Scotland are playing as Welsh people are when England play.
Its a fallacy that the English support other UK countries but we dont support them
It used to be that way.

I used to play league mate. I was a 9, hooker (played scrum half too once or twice). Uncontested scrums make a mockery of traditional league for me.

We should have binned off scrums for good like we did in the Covid years. But they brought them back.

It was better without them.

I was a Loose Forward when I played at university.

Can’t beat a good scrum for me. Hooker in league is now redundant for all intents and purpose. It was a specialist position.
