Rugby World Cup 2023

Ireland lose by 1-7 points to get France is my suspicion, otherwise win by 14 plus if going all out.

In big towns maybe. There's fuck all soccer played in smaller towns and villages. Far more kids playing GAA on an organised level.

There's thousands of them around the country. There's also more GAA clubs than soccer clubs in every single large town and city in the country. There's more kids and adults playing competitive games every weekend and more spectators at those games. Televised Irish games get more viewers.

This country might have a love affair with the EPL, but the GAA is miles ahead of soccer here both as a participation sport and a spectator sport.

Yeah, the seeding system is shit. They split it into like four "bands" and come up with this. In football these would all be in the same pot or band and unable to be grouped with each other.
The seeding system would have been just fine had they used last year's rankings instead of 3 years ago.

Can't see the sweaties getting within 10 points of that Ireland team.
They don't beat us often and when they do, it's not by much. Think it's very, very unlikely we go out tonight tbf. Won't stop the nerves kicking in though.

Both teams play with an attractive style. Unlike the anti rugby of the current Welsh Team and the lacklustre England.

It’s a good day of sport. Hopefully, we see an improved England performance and the rags get beat again.
