Pavements are a death trap at the moment with a sheet of ice underlying the snow.

Hopefully it might melt by the afternoon allowing me to go for a run.

No mate not at all.

I last posted just after new year asking about a question about decent compression tops keeping warm etc.

Went back on facebook this last week after CB passed and can no longer find the group.

Day off today so treated myself to a half marathon on a mixture of road, gravel paths and muddy paths. 1:44:50 which I was happy with. Defo doing a few faster runs has improved my ‘normal’ running pace.

How often do people wash their running shoes?

I do it once a week if it has been dry, and after every run if wet etc.
I give them a quick scrub in the kitchen sink. Rinse, then put them on a radiator.
I don't have smelly feet, but just like to keep them looking good etc.

Never washed a pair of running shoes. Or a car
