I absolutely love reading posts like this. From doing nothing to being in training for a marathon, all inside three weeks! Hat duly doffed to you mate. Keep us updated with how you're getting on. You've given me a bit of a boost ahead of this morning's long run that I'm currently trying to talk myself into doing.Well I quit the cigs New Year’s Eve and have gone from 0 miles to 8 miles in 20 days. Feel loads better and I’m going to train for a marathon again. Running certainly changes my mental outlook that’s for sure
