The Mrs gets cold hands because of reynard syndrome, but best to get it checked out by a doc mate, the Internet is the worst place to look for medical adviceHi All
Just need some advice please.
I'm training for Manchester marathon and going really well. Doing about 40 odd miles a week.
But I seem to be having a real issue with very cold hands (not during running but just in normal every day life.
Its been going on a few months now.
I'm 48 in good health but don't know whether this is anything to worry about?

Not really good enough that mate, 18pints of the black stuff should be a decent afternoon session not 4 days, clearly your not taking it seriously enough5 miles before lunch and felt every sip of about 18 pints of Guinness I drunk over the last 4 days
Was pacing myself mate. Thursday I'd 8 pints and a bottle of red wineNot really good enough that mate, 18pints of the black stuff should be a decent afternoon session not 4 days, clearly your not taking it seriously enough

You've got 12 weeks until the gm half, plenty of time to get some good training inGood going, mate - I can only dream of a 38 min 10K!
Started my training again for the GMR half marathon today and I'm way off the pace. Notwithstanding that I got a PB last year (1:43 if you must know...) I'd be happy with under 1:50 this year. In my defence, I am a 55 year old FOC.
