Do you mean torso stance or horse stance? Either way, I wouldn't suggest that they're useful for the vast majority of runners unless it's someone with specific postural / coordination problems. There are way, way better drills that we can all be doing and that actually work.
The epidermis is a barrier - no coconut oil is 'melting through' it and it certainly isn't targeting inflamed cells.
I mean this in the nicest possible way, but I suggest you seriously review wherever you're getting your information from.
I genuinely mean you no ill will, but I must admit that I get very frustrated when I see claims with no scientific validity being spread around - these things can be harmful if they lead to people avoiding real interventions that actually help them.
