Well played mate. Under the 4 hours. Awesome time.
Was it a good vibe ?

I went off way to quickly and suffered big time but got the medal in a shocking time off four hours 30!
Also ....
Can anyone recommend any good dance/pop tracks to run too ?
Empire of the Sun are a good band for that sort of music for running. Tracks like First Crush, Walking on a Dream...Also ....

That’s really not a shocking time. Well done Sir.
More importantly. What meal did you go for after ?
Well now that the marathon is out of the way it's time to get the bike out and get ready for the 'Tour De Manc'. only 3 weeks this Sunday, 103 miles around the boroughs of Greater Manchester.
Then back to running 5 and 10k's through the summer.
Fitness freak! Fair play bud and keep this up.
2 days till my big one.
Just a warning. My mate was about 18 stone and took up running 2 years ago. Now 13 stone but has been told today needs 2 new hips!
Not sure it is that good an idea If you overweight.
