Rush or The Scorpions?

Just reading Neil Peart's "Ghost Rider" book for the second time... Excellent and moving it describes his epic motorcycle journey to try and mend his soul after losing his daughter and wife within three months of each other...

Very good book if you can find it. I may pass mine on once I've finished reading it this time

I only really found Rush in my 50's but I'm glad they are regularly on my playlist.. Love drumming so the fact that Neil Peart was one of the trio made it easy to like them

Love both, and seen both live. I remember being in comprehensive school when a mate went to Bristol to see Rush on the Hemispheres tour. Both A Farewell to Kings (my favourite), and Hemispheres were recorded in Wales.

just finished the Neil Peart "Ghost Rider" book.. It's not about the band really, more about the 55,000 mile bike trip he completed to heal himself after his wife and daughter died only three months apart...

If anybody wants to read it I can post it... Call it a £10 posted and I will give that money to Lymphoma Action

Drop me a DM if you are interested.

The book is a paperback but it's quite heavy and was an import so it's a bargain and in great nick (from a pet, smoke and Covid free home)

NOW SOLD

Rush all day long. Have given Clockwork angels a battering of late and being a bit slow have only just noticed the refrence of the clock time on the album cover Durrrr.
