We've only seen the bigger target removal M270/HIMARS missiles in use so far.
UK troops refer to the M270 it as a 1km grid square removal system. A pod comes down on an area 100m by 100m and cluster munitions detonate across pretty much the whole area. Any human being not underground or in an armoured vehicle is in big trouble.
