It would take a brave person in NATO to launch retaliatory nukes against Russia if they used tactical nukes on Ukraine. It would a very difficult decision to make, and would end up in all of NATO being drawn into WWIII. There's a lot of talk about NATO destroying Russia's Black Sea fleet. What is the strategic importance of the black sea fleet, and does it include submarines?

The Black Sea Fleet is based at Savastapol in Crimea, it controlls the sea of Azov and most of the Black Sea and is the reason grain exports from Odesa have been so difficult, I imagine it does include submarines, it does have a capability to launch cruise missiles which can be armed with nukes.

I wouldn't worry about it , I'm sure Russia have got far more accurate and up to date information than Sky. Sky are using Ukrainian and Russian military sources and wait for British or American confirmation
