Yep it costs loads of lives and it's horrendous. But the answer to you question is a ratio of about 4 Russian dead (6 if you include Luhanak and Donetsk forces)and injured to 1 Ukrainian dead, missing and and injured. 6k Ukrainian civilians dead too - bound to be more when liberation occurs and tge graves are uncovered.

Pretty standard ratio when defending but if those losses are being maintained for counter offensives as well then that would be incredible.
