Russian invasion of Ukraine

The bridge is still under attack apparently, they're breaking through the barriers to get closer to it. Could be bollocks but fingers crossed!
After the disgusting, yet tediously predictable way they cunts conducted themselves yesterday, whilst giving it the Billy Big Bollocks, it would be a truly epic time to bring the fucking bridge down.

Love this quote:
Head of the SBU, Lieutenant General Vasyl Malyuk, said: 'We previously hit the Crimean Bridge twice in 2022 and 2023.

'So today we continued this tradition underwater. No illegal Russian facilities have a place on the territory of our state.“
This tradition!

Bring them down another peg or two the arrogant fucks. Hopefully it will sink in soon that anyone and anything is reachable by Ukraine.

This is an analysis of Ukrainian and Russian drone capabilities from the Center for Strategic and International Studies. It is long, but well worth it.

Transcript — May 28, 2025.

Today we’ve got a really exciting event on “The Russia-Ukraine Drone War” and all the kinds of technological innovation going on in that drone war, including but not limited to AI and autonomy. And we’re extremely fortunate that two of the foremost scholars studying this conflict are here with us today to give exceptional presentations on just what exactly is going on and how it’s evolved over time.

Here's a piece on Spider Web.

On June 1, Russia’s Military Transport Aviation Day, a significant holiday for the Russian armed forces, the Security Service of Ukraine (SSU) carried out a bold and unprecedented coordinated drone strike deep inside Russian territory. The operation targeted four strategic air bases and delivered a major blow to Moscow’s long-range bomber fleet. Codenamed “Spider Web”—or simply “Web”—the operation was named for its wide geographic coverage across remote Russian locations previously thought to be beyond the reach of Ukraine’s long-range drone capabilities.

Looks like it was just the one bomb, but a big blast underwater.

SBU conducted a new unique special operation and hit the Crimean Bridge for the third time - this time underwater!

The operation lasted several months. SBU agents mined the supports of this illegal facility. And today, without any casualties among the civilian population, at 4:44 am the first explosive device was activated.

The underwater supports of the supports were severely damaged at the bottom level - 1100 kg of explosives in the TNT equivalent contributed to this. In fact, the

It just said on the news “the bridge between Russia and Ukraine has been damaged” Russia has suspended traffic on the bridge”
The early hours of this morning it looks a big explosion :)

On Monday Ukraine dropped a bridge on top of a train and a second bridge while a train was on it :)

Two explosions underneath the bridge this morning

It just needs a reinforced steel Russian personnel train over it and it will be down. So brave of the soldiers to risk their lives trying to drop the bridge, heroic lad/ladies.

Really didn't feel big enough of an explosion to do significant damage. I hope im wrong though

having a big queue of those big underwater drone torpedoes ready to sneak through the gaps left in the defences would have been good.

Edit. when you look at that video the explosion is actually just to the side of the bridge support. so this could well have been the aim.

They said they were attacking the supports, this diagram suggests that the foundations were the target, I presume the russiand have inspected them.
