When you say "arrived", do you mean stationed there ?

They've been flying over the bit next to Odessa since pretty much the start of the conflict, as well as along the border with Ukraine/Belarus/Baltic States borders, and all around Kalliningrad. Nato/US/UK/Swedish/Italian eaves dropping aircraft similarly, they're there on most days.
