Now,I'm not there,so I can't 100% guarantee this is the case.
I've been told,Russian troops at Kreminna,Luhansk Region have retreated to defensive positions.
This appears to be due to heavy losses.

they've 15 days left to show something to the ****. he's planing a big speech on 24thRussian offensive at Luhansk Region......

I can imagine the military hardware/software and munition companies in both Germany and Switzerland are bricking it - can't see why other countries will in future place orders with such stringent caveats on future use of their goods. Better off relocating to the UK or Poland.Germany has apparently told the Netherlands,they are not allowing them to give Ukraine the 18 Leopards they lease from them.
