Watching all the Western leaders visiting Kiev in the last year, it would be nice seeing a top Chinese government official taking a walk through the rubble and devastation and see how they feel about their "neutral" stance then.China has come out with a 12 point plan of trying to end this

I think it’s more likely than not that they’ve got Putin to dial the nuclear talk right down.
