Keep the fear factor going in the general population, missiles will get down but some will get through and more than likely hit houses or blocks of flats. It doesn’t seem to work as I imagine the people of Ukraine hate Russia even more.

Was thinking the same thing, they're about to have absolute hell unleashed on them, and they're not even trying to hit military targets with these weapons. It's bizarre and even if successful would have absolute zero gain for them.

Then they all get shot down and they just look pathetic, like a spoilt child throwing a tantrum that will never get its way.

Fuck them, I hope they get absolutely annihilated over the next few months and this absolutely futile war is ended asap.

Probably futile to try and apply logic to it - if that had been a consideration they'd never be there in the first place.

Get the sincere impression they're going to get their arses handed to them in the next few months.

One question it does raise - if they went nuclear would any of the missiles actually make it to detonation or just get shot down beforehand (and just become dirty bombs I guess)?
