Wagner /Putin expert on BBC News says Wagner down to 10,000 hardened fighters with many still in the Ukraine.

He thinks the Russian National Guard heading towards Rostov will surround it rather than attack Wagner in Rostov and try and negotiate Wagner's surrender.
