I hope to God they haven't, but there is some evidence that Russia has used a chemical weapon near Bakhmut. Specifically Lewisite, a blistering agent similar to Mustard Gas.

So now we have accusations of russia using chemical weapons in Bakhmut, and that they are preparing to spread radioactive waste around that NPP blaming it on Ukraine.
