Because Russia is saying that any ship will be assumed to be carrying military cargo to Ukraine and will be potentially targeted.Pray tell why
The Russians have said that as of today,any ships on any approach to any Ukrainian ports will be considered "carrying military cargo" and will be attacked.Pray tell why
They have already dropped sea mines.

They can't at the moment as Turkey aren't allowing any military ships into the Black Sea (or out).Wonder what Pukin would do if the Navies of NATO sailed in there :)
