There are more ways to skin this cat than frontal assault.
1. Cutting supply lines and destroying bases. Starve them out.
2. With a fair proportion of their reserves sanctioned and unusable Russia’s huge budget deficits will ensure they run out of money in a couple of years. China and India won’t pay for oil in anything other than their own currencies. Unless Russia suddenly starts importing on a large scale from those two countries, their foreign currency reserves are useless.
Russian arms sales have collapsed; their customers have noticed how badly Russian equipment fares on the battlefield.

Just be patient.
