Precisely, but 100odd tanks and some cruise missiles clearly isn't enough. A no fly zone over Ukraine would force the Russians out within a few short weeks.

Over Ukrainian held territory, it pretty much is a no fly zone, but they don't control airspace over russian controlled territory, and NATO aren't going to enforce one.

Because it could only be enforced properly by shooting down Russian planes that don't adhere to it.
As soon as UK or America shoot down a Russian plane we are at war with them.

We should be upping the ante. Giving Ukraine everything they need. Attack helicopters, more missiles, planes, why not submarines. Take out the Black sea fleet. That Kerch bridge should be gone. 2 partial hits in what 18mths is poor imo.
