What percentage of Ukraine do Russia currently occupy anyone have a rough idea
15% - 20% was taken
However!
"Admiral Sir Tony Radakin, the UK chief of defence staff, said “Ukraine is winning and Russia is losing” in the same BBC interview with General Milley.
He added that Ukraine was making progress in its battle to regain its territory, having recovered 50 per cent of the ground Russia seized."
So now 7.5% - 10%...!

Russians were banned from importing personal cars, smartphones, shampoos and toilet paper to the EU countriesCitizens of the Russian Federation are prohibited from entering the European Union in cars with Russian registration, as this may be considered a prohibited import and, in this case, the car is subject to confiscation.The same applies to other personal items that are prohibited to import from Russia to EU countries: laptops, smartphones, cosmetics, suitcases, leather and fur products, semi-precious and precious stones. Toilet paper, shampoos, and toothpastes are also prohibited.

Doubt it , if it included everything to Kyiv it would be more than 50% recovered, a lot more.Think it's more than that unfortunately.
The 50% will include the land taken in the very early days when they went to kyiv.
