Id love Kazakstan to apply to be in Nato...The Russian hit list i think is Moldova,Georgia and kazakstan.

Khazacstan is a democratic, unitary, constitutional republic; however, it is de facto an authoritarian regime with no free elections.As such the chance of admission into NATO are zero.

I can't see some getting involved, no matter who they invaded, Hungary allow NATO bases for training, but they wouldn't allow for bombs or missiles, nor would Slovakia now either. Not sure about Turkey, I can see them moaning a bit, but saying they can't prevent it.

Kazakhstan to NATO is a good idea. But don't forget Mongolia, Mongolia is more pro Western than Kazakhstan. And Vietnam, 90% of the Vietnamese people love the US.
