How do you see Ukraine winning the war?

Do you honestly see them turning this around?

The new weapons are being supplied to halt the advances of the Russian army. It's about slowing them down, not changing the course of the war.

You said definitively that they'd lost the war. They haven't.

Alternatively, we arm Ukraine enough that they can destroy the Russian army and we can keep the sanctions applied so their economy completely collapses. Russia needs to never be able to recover to where Russia was, it needs to come back as something new.

That assumes Europe has the capacity or is able to increase it's capacity to supply enough weapons. Zelensky doesn't think that Europe can stand alone.

Ukraine would also need to call up younger men and go on the offensive.

The last sentence is alternative history stuff. Russia is a huge country. If you precipitate it's balkanisation you create many conflicts that would last many years and leave nuclear arsenals in the hands of warlords.

Bad for nuclear non proliferation. Even Conventional stockpiles (if there any left) being available for arms dealers would increase the scale and duration of military conflicts in the developing world.

You've seen Russian interest and exchange rates lately haven't you? Seen the queues and armed robberies for basic goods like butter? Their economy is on life support at the moment. This is Russia's last roll of the dice to get favourable terms in negotiations because they can't afford to continue much longer.

I'm not arsed about persuading you because have deluded yourself that reality doesn't matter. You're stuck saying the same things you would have said in 2022 and 2023. It's over.
