1) You’re way off topic

3) India didn’t exist at that time so most certainly didn’t have the second largest economy.

No. The Ukrainians are going to Poland to collect them and they are being directly donated by former Warsaw Pact members that are now in the EU because the Ukrainian pilots are familiar with those aircraft types.
