When would you? All the experts say Putins playbook would be a minor incursion to a small Baltic state and take a village, now it’s just a small village but never the less it shoukd trigger article 5, do you think negotiations woukd happen, I doubt it, so therefore do we allow Putin to keep the village or go in and wipe out the Russians? You let him get away with each little thing and like any bully he will continue to do so. Personally I’d accidentally hit them with a drone, tit for tat.

Not absolutely sure but believe it is Romania who call on the NATO secretary general to convene a meeting with a view to invoking article 5.

Romania have publicly stated they don’t intend to do that

Take aways:
- Roumania fail to do anything about the drone strike for a myriad of reasons except to shout a bit and wring their hands. Ditto NATO. So guess what? Russia will keep doing it.
- The latest NATO simulation at defending the Baltics against Russian invassion was another shambles.
- Russian front line logistics are taking a battering from Ukrainian drones. Especially in Southern Ukraine.
- 46 km2 liberated near Novoselivka in SE Ukraine.. One more slither of territory out of many being liberated day on day.
- Russian patrol ship Pytlivyi hit by a drone in Novorossiysk.
- More kinetic sanctions applied with destruction of Yaroslavl-3 pumping Station that sends oil to terminals near St. Petersburg.
- Russia attacks 3 merchant ships in the black sea.
- Most meat wave participant dies after 30 mins. Infiltration tactics stretch that time a bit but not much.
- Russia will have to mobilise to replace lost numbers
