If Txiki got both him and Walker for £60m I think he will have done well.
Add in Mendy for £40m and I think that isn't too bad for 3 good fullbacks. Expensive but not too bad considering the current market.
Yeah it would be good business as we are desperate for top class fullbacks mate? It's our most important area now as it seems ederson is all done as well

£60m for two England international is decent from my point of view. £20m for Bertrand and £40m for Walker.
Then hopefully we can get Mendy for around £35m.
If we can get Silva for 43m from Monaco, we can get Mendy for a good fee less I reckon.
Walker, Mendy, Bertrand and Fernandinho as fullback options.

Hardly think he's a huge upgrade on Clichy to be honest.
I've not really fully understood the logic behind our transfer dealings for a while now so this is par for course.
Think Pep is putting far too much trust in English players. Not that I think Bertrand is terrible, but we're never competing at the top table in Europe if Bertrand and Walker are our full backs. Especially not with the style of football we hope to play. I'd argue neither are suitable although I imagine someone will helpfully point out that Pep knows more about football than me and anyone else on here. So I'll start a really slow happy clap.
