Ryan Dunn (Jackass) RIP

Police are now saying he was over twice the legal limit and driving close to 140. While I sympathize with those he leaves behind, if he'd used his fucking loaf he'd still be alive. What a plonker.

He's made a living out of being an idiot and he's died being an idiot.

because he's made a few weed heads laugh all of a sudden he deserves respect

like many have mentioned , if it was someone non famous and these facts come to life, everybody would be saying what a stupid w*nker for risking other peoples lives.

This is also somebody who made millions of people happy with his comedy. I saw Jackass at the cinema and everyone was in stitches all the way through it. It just seems so ironic that a member of the cast would die in such an excessive way.

look its sd he has died young and i feel sorry for his family but at the end of the day the guy was being an utter tit behind the wheel of a car drunk and took someone elses life while he was at it

29 driving offences, 130 mph 2 times the limit

I fucking hate selfish wankers that drink drive. Wanker and he gets called a legend i cannot believe it

He made a stupid, dangerous and irresponsible mistake. The kind of mistake that people get away with every single day. His mistake has cost him, his friend and his family, which is unfortunate. Does he deserve to die? No, I don't think anybody does, many people have the opportunity to make amends for the mistakes they make in life, he hasn't been so lucky and so for that reason I have sympathy for him and especially the family he's left behind.

Would I feel the same if he had killed some other poor, unwitting innocent in the process? Yes. I'm still angered by his stupidity and if he were alive I'd find it hard to forgive that kind of disregard for the safety of others. I would be equally angered, regardless of the consequences this has inflicted. It's his actions which we should be judging, not what has come of them. That said it's possible to be angered by somebodies actions yet still take pity upon them. Like I say, nobody deserves to die in my book, everybody should be given a chance to make up for the mistakes they've made. We're all only human after all.

A disastrous mistake that cost the life of his mate and his own. Thankfully nobody else was involved, and yet I can still have sympathy for anyone who loses their life after making a mistake. I think it is called compassion, something so many appear to be devoid of which saddens me. I can understand the outrage, but surely the guy still deserves to rest in peace FFS.

I lost a mate a week before Christmas in 2007, a needless car accident that killed two. The driver, his mate, lived after suffering serious injuries and was jailed for just over 5 years. A shame it wasn't just him that died? Yes. Did he deserve to die because they did?. No, however living with the death of two mates on your conscience because you made the mistake of driving like a twat is probably worse and I can have sympathy for him.

Drink driving at 110mph = idiotic but deserving of death, don't make me laugh.

this,no1 deserves to die unless ur a paedaphile or hilter type!!

He made a stupid call, he knew the consequences. As did the passenger that jumped in the car for a ride home.

Horrible event, but that's the reality of drink driving unfortunately. If there is any silver lining in this, it will be that other similar fans that obtain the same personalities as Dunn himself may think about drinking and driving, which will save more lives in the long run.

The pictures i saw were of a smoldering chunk of metal that used to be his car. How could they test if they were over the limit? "We found a bit of charred flesh and tests say that they were 4 times over the limit. Either that or it's some coq au vin"
