If he’s done wrong his reputation is tarnished beyond repair regardless of this outcome. People don’t forget.

If he’s not done wrong however the same thing applies. And that’s pretty shit for anyone put in that position, however usually it’s regular people who aren’t in the limelight. A lot easier to move on.
