Sack Richard Littlejohn ...

Even if you disagree with someone, why shouldn't they be allowed to say it? This Country is becoming ridiculous.

These 'trans' media watch people are always starting witch hunts against journalists they have taken offence from. Only a couple of months ago they started a campaign against the long time feminist writer Suzanne Moore for a perceived slight.

It's tragic that someone has committed suicide but no-one does that just because of an article.

You're right off course. Littlejohn IS a twat though.

If any confirmation ( other than his twatish non personality) was needed, he is a fan of the corduroy trouser.

That is all.

He might be a tw@t, I've not read his work but it's so disheartening that free speech is being clamped down upon by people screaming faux outrage at every little thing. People calling for newspapers they don't agree with politically to be shut down. How can Britain promote openness, Human Rights, transparency and free speech in places like Russia and beyond when at home it's being undermined by groups with agendas?

-- Mon Mar 25, 2013 7:57 pm --

European Court of Human Rights, Article 8.

Thankfully, so far the European Court of Human Rights have consistently ruled in favour of free speech and a free press when cases have reached them.

With freedom and rights come responsibility and the press in this country have a pretty terrible record in that department over the past few years (or in the fail's case about 70 years, Nazi loving scum that they are)

There's nothing like a good conspiracy theory.

You do realise that you're chastising people FOR exercising their right to free speech don't you ?

It would seem that because YOU don't agree with their views , their free speech should be removed but Littlejohns remain.

Talk about ironing :)

No I'm not, I'm just putting a different view across.

Nothing wrong with freedom of speech. But when it unnecessarily targets an individual, especially in the way it has that made it difficult for this person to live then it is atrocious.
Just in the way jokes are funny but Frankie Boyles personal jokes about Jordans kid were awful.

His views seem archaic and to old hat.

However as shit and nasty a piece that is he has a right to air his views.

Personally very young children would struggle to understand such things and i can understand that.
Maybe teach older kids who can comprehend the situation better ?

The type of mentality widely found with people who have sex changes does seem to have a high suicide rate.

I only know that as 2 lads i knew a bit (i do mean just a little bit) who did, offed themselves years ago.
Totally seperate people with no contact together, both did themselves in seemingly with a small thing just being the straw that broke the camels back.

I feel terribly bad for the mind that feels so trapped it makes people do this.

Religion has a lot to answer for regarding this as they still seem stuck at accepting people can be gay.

So it's okay for Littlejohn to call for this teacher to be sacked but not ok to call for him to be? The man's an odious bell end, he hates everyone and everything that doesn't fit with his view of the world.

Freedom of speech yadayadayada.
I don't see why personal issues need to be aired in a public forum.
Particularly those of someone so insignificant.

Looks like he was just looking to pick a fight with someone in a vulnerable situation to me. A true coward.

To be fair Suzanne Moore is a man hating tragedy so i'm not surprised the transfolk hate her guts.

Bindel and Moore are the unshaven munters who decided that male to female transexuals can't be feminists and that they should be excluded from all feminist issues.

I would like to know what and how littlejohn feels and thinks after this tragic circumstance!

Considering the daily mail published another article of his today I would say neither him or the paper really give a shit

In a nutshell.
Any publicity is good publicity to this odious bell end and his equally obnoxious paymasters.
All he will do now is move on to targeting the next minority group for his repulsive bigotry that reinforces and panders to the prejudices of his middle England readership.
He knows his target demographic, and gives them what they want.
What I want is for him to be anally raped to death by an irate bull elephant.

My guess would be he's buzzing about all the publicity the death has afforded him.

He's been dining out on coining the phrase, two Jags, for 20 years so probably needs a new angle.

Nothing.
Nothing at all has happened to free speech. Nobody at all is arguing against Richard Littlejohn's right to free speech. What's in question is the magnitude of his platform. Hence, the thread title reads "sack rj" not "burn rj at the stake".
