Well for one you seem to be comparing players in different ways. You've compared Nani and Silva this season and a few more but you compare Scholes with Yaya based on his career or previous seasons. Same goes with Rio and Lescott.

Nope, im comparing them on this season alone, i cannot compare Scholes and Yaya for their careers as one has been in la liga while the other in the epl. same with Nani and Silva.
Rio and Lescott again is based on this season alone. Rio has performed well and imo better than Lescott, who in fact has came into some form lately.
just my view.

Yes, although its a hard comparison to make considering Yaya has been playing more of a box to box player and not [in what i think is his best position] defensive midfield or at least more disciplined. Scholes passing is on another level, his ability to dictate games is on another level. i guess i prefer that kind of style. but just on yaya for a second before i get accused of being a rag..... again, im a big fan of his, love when he goes on his runs barging players out the way, love his style.

i'd also always have an xavi over an essien purely because i prefer that style.

And comparing who people score goals against as a means of determining how good they are is mental. If you can't see that he's a quality striker, then just give up watching football.

To be fair Balotelli has actually played against Utd, Spurs, Arsenal (10 min debut at home asaide), Chelsea (came on for 15 min), Liverpool or Bolton.

So that is hardly a stick to beat him with.

right goal ratios based on games is talking shit, Balo has 6 in 846 mins in the league or 1 every 141minutes, Hernandez has 11 in 1058 = 1 every 96 minutes. Not saying Hernandez is better but using biased stats to make a point is pathetic, and he also has 14 in 22 for mexico against some pretty handy sides.

Hernandez: 35 Appearances - 17 Goals - Ratio: 0.48 Goals per game

Both in their first season.

Minutes per goal would be fairer, 35 appearances but I doubt hes started alot of those games

Viva ragcafe if 95% armchair supporters they know nothing a 3dtv is as close to a game as they will get.

I don't think it's fair to imply that anyone who doesn't go to games doesn't know what they're talking about. We've plenty of fans that attend our matches yet talk complete and utter shit. The issue I have with some of Red Cafe's posters isn't necessarily where they come from or whether they go to matches - it's when some of those that take the piss out of empty seats at our ground or that we all come from Stockport yet it turns out that they don't go to games themselves or invariably live a lot further away from Manchester than Stockport. It's hypocrisy of the highest order.

From what I can gather our friend Allforone actually goes to some of United's matches but it still doesn't stop him being the biggest weapon on Red Cafe. It's primarily because of that twat that a perfectly reasonable City poster (NHD) doesn't post on there anymore.

It may well be that 95% of the posters over there are armchair fans but it doesn't mean they're all shit posters.
