Not sure if it was Clegg but it was someone from his party.

might sound stupid but if its legal in germany so therefore euorpe and within uefa's own governing body surely city could do this and take them to the european court. if it happens in euorpe arent we all meant to have the same rights?
 
If this happens they should make it the most expensive part of the ground.See how much of a good idea it is then. :>)

Why would WE take them to court?
 
Would love it if this went through, but a few weeks ago I watched a load of MP's who were involved with the Hillsborough disaster and they continuously linked this bill with this disaster, not once acknowledging that stadia has never had Safe standing/Rail standing in this country and it was a complete ignorance-fest
