No, not even the FA will ban someone at 3 hours notice.
They won't ban him anyway.
If he'd have called Mason a cheating bastard inside the ninety minutes he would have got a red. Only Rooney has an FArce exemption for effing and jeffing at the ref. I wouldn't be surprised if he got a ban, as well as a fine!
