You can say the truth without speaking out directly.

It wouldn't be wrong to say it felt like playing against 12, being down to 10 after a tough loss at Anfield and all the pressure of a must win.
Adding some unbalanced decisions it felt like playing against some higher power. In that he believes.

Honestly, I understand he was frustrated by the ref, like Pep and anybody else in the squad.
But being a pro he should know the consequences. If you want to be world class you have to be smart enough in every department.

Being smart is getting your point across without actually putting yourself in danger of getting in trouble.

We all know what he meant by the tweet but it's going to be damn hard for the FA to prove what he meant.

Like others have said, there are a number of easily plauasable excuses he could give and the only way the FA could then charge him is if they call him a liar.

That would be setting a dangerous precedent.
