I don't feel strongly about this either way. I might prefer someone younger with more potential to take those appearances I guess.

If we want cover, just where are the EDS in all this? Is Sagna still an almost perfect athletic specimen like us FOCs in 323? Or is he not good enough to tempt Wenger to offer a two year deal?

Like a few others I have watched him closely since we were first linked. He looks very capable and he can rotate with Zabba and get the best out of both of them - at times this year we have over used Zabba.

Afraid it's been two years solid now. He can sit down after the World Cup with his tea gourd and have a well earned break.

With four competitions, they'll be plenty of games for him to play in.
