Great news was speaking to an Arsenal season ticket holder yesterday who said he is one of their best players especialliy going forward.
Can't see him getting many games next season the odd cup games.

With four competitions, they'll be plenty of games for him to play in.
Can't see it.

Baring injury to Zabba he will still play at least a 3rd of our games. Zabba needs to be kept for the really big games when he can perform at his very best with even more in the tank.

Have a look at this, real I checked, looks like he might want too join his old pal!

Re: Sagna

I think it will be very similar rotating right back as it is in left back position with Clichy/Kolarov.

Thats pretty close to 50-50% in PL games.

I dont think we are ready to pay about 100k weekly wages to Sagna and a signing on fee amount to be a League cup player for us and play in some odd league games.
For that role we wouldnt need Sagna.

Agree with what you're saying but surely Zabba should be the priority

Re: Sagna

Zaba's legs will be happy. The most minutes of any City player this season and now off to the World Cup. I wonder if Sagna could even start the 14/15 season at right-back since Zaba is due an extended rest. These are arguably 2 of the top 3 right-backs in the league, with Coleman and maybe Ivanovic the only ones who really challenge that I think (keeping in mind that Azpilicueta has been turned into a left-back). So Sagna will be a great signing for a couple of years at least.

Aye, Zab needs to be able to not play now and again or we are going to burn his body out. I'd like to see another five years out of him at the top of his game. If Sagna helps that I'm all for it.
