Salford City programme!

How did the bullshit bingo card go?

Class of 92?
Sir Alex?
Theatre of Dreams?
Illustrious neighbours?
Giggys?
Scholesy could tackle either?
Treble in 99?
Cantona?

No disrespect to your nephew but he is better than that level. Played really well.
He has decided that professional football is not for him.

Brian Marwood has looked after him since he was a kid and he has taken up the role at City as head of recruitment for Melbourne City and Yokahama Marinos coupled with part time football for Neville's crew.

He loves it .

Far from a hard luck story......fair play to him and best wishes

Good on him. I bet it is not all sweetness and light in lower league football. Did he stop enjoying it? And how old is he?

Fuckin' 'ell they do a lot of recruiting in Salford do they? Or is it a long commute twice a week for training Lol !!

Fair play to the lad - if he is doing what suits him

Fair play if your nephew Poole has decided to stay amatuer/semi-pro football and doesn't want to get into the corrupt professional game, staying grass roots. It seems a real family and community spirit which is now dead in the professional game, grass roots is the way football used to be in the 70s and 80s before $ky came along throwing money, executive boxes and all.. it is almost like going to watch a play now, that is basically scripted.

I loved how the referee in this game let loads of tackles go.. you can't blow on someone these days without getting a yellow card but a few of those challenges was tasty and made for an entertaining game, just the way football used to be heltor skeltor.

We all will die eventually, so a person's happiness is what matters most in this life IMO.

Haha I watched with the sound off and some tunes on but let's face it the list is pretty much bang on. It's fuckin relentless. Manu have only been shit for 2/3 year's yet the whole media family won't let up with there continued bullshit to try and drag them back to the top, could you imagine if they have a serious barren spell like there old chums Liverpool. ? Would just be to sweet.
