Not sure if this has been seen but there’s a brief transcript of a two and a half hour interview with Nasri.
Highlights include telling the GPC that he didn’t give a fuck about their history, his insights into the dressing room under Mancini, his appreciation of Pellegrini ( he made City walk so Pep could make them run ) and his decision to leave City even though Pep wanted him to stay.
It won’t change many peoples opinions , and nor should it, but it’s pretty good .

Loved Nasri, me. By the sounds of it he didn’t even want to come?!

Oh well, he was never the loyal type but he was perfect for what we needed at the time.

Would‘ve been brilliant under Pep if he was willing to stay slim and in shape, which he obviously wasn’t.

I always thought that had Nasri stayed he'd have been great under Pep, as is the case almost always under Pep.

(Another shame was that Ireland wasn't born a few years later cos under Pep he could have been savage.)

There is more, the interview was a long one.
Says his only regret in football is leaving City, but loved working with Sampaoli at Sevilla .
Says Pep told him he was at Barca level but played for City because he loved money. Samir responded by asking Pep if he was in Manchester for the beautiful weather .:)

Perfect Pep player…..didn’t give the ball away.

Although not my favourite manager he played his best football for City under Pellegrini especially in the year we won our second premiership.

What a midfield that was….Nasri, Silva , Fernandinho and Yaya.

Could have achieved so much more however two premierships isn’t too bad !
