Samir Nasri

Definitely more positives than negatives where Nasru is concerned. Let's not forget how well he worked on the opposite side to David Silva particularly in in 11/12 and how he stepped up when El Mago was out injured eg the win over Chelsea when he scores a superb goal.
Not as consistent as David Silva but still an important player. Good luck to him.

He was the definition of a mercenary,he was here purely for the money.

As for his current condition.....like i said,he's a mess.....but it comes as no surprise.

One of a few players i wished we had never signed.

A fat mess? He's a retired former professional footballer who has put on weight, probably due to indulging in the things he sacrificed whilst playing and winning trophies.

There's not much hope for the regular bod if that photo there is described as a fat mess.

That fully depends on your standards,your self respect,and your concern for your own health.You can still enjoy the 'good' things in life without looking like a blancmange.

Youre right though,there is a lack of hope when you see the state of most folk.
 
Certainly raises the question of why he only announced his retirement a couple of weeks ago. There's no way he believed he'd be able to get back to professional athlete shape from where he is now. Wonder what he stood to gain from delaying the announcement.
 
27 goals 40 assists in 176 games, not to shabby at all. Scored the winner v chelsea that set us up to win the league and the opening goal v whu in the final game of the season to win the title, and as mentioned the worldy v sunderland. Thought he was an excellent player who could have been better. Who gives a fuck if hes put weight on.
